Depending on our current stock, products can be pre-made or pre-ordered. Orders containing pre-made products may be processed and shipped 3-5 business days after purchase. Orders containing pre-ordered products will take 4 weeks after purchase to be manufactured, with an additional 3-5 days for processing once it is produced. If there are any delays for your package, an email will be sent out ASAP. Once your item ships you will receive a unique tracking number for your order through email.

Shipping Protection

We are not responsible for packages that are sent back due to insufficient address. If your package is sent back due to this matter, be aware that you are fully responsible of covering the cost to reship the package. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package tracking status states it has delivered, we have no reason to believe otherwise.
